Kyle Jackson

As a Trusted Mortgage Advisor for over 5 years in the Pacific Northwest, Kyle Jackson brings his industry experience and customer service background to assist him with each individual mortgage plan. Kyle truly believes in the mortgage planning process, which revolves around the unique needs of each individual client.

After moving to the Northwest from Ohio in 1992, Kyle received his education in state. While attending Washington State University, Kyle worked at the Washington Center for Real Estate Research as a research assistant and intern. Internship credit was granted for his role in the development of the 2000 Washington Real Estate Confidence Index. Upon graduating Kyle received a B.A. in Business Administration with a focus in Real Estate and Minor in Finance. Right out of college, Kyle began working in Property Management for a large out of state REIT. He worked his way up and in 2 years left the company as the Community Administrator for a property in Everett, WA.

Kyle began his career in the Mortgage Industry in 2003, joining a local longstanding Wholesale Brokerage. Kyle has experience financing a wide variety of loans for individuals and investors alike. Kyle has personally invested in Real Estate, from foreclosures, to rental properties and lease-options; as such, he is sensitive in understanding his clients challenges and the greater benefits of our market. Kyle has structured his career  around his “Can Do!” customer service attitude. A key aspect of Kyle’s business is his work with For Sale By Owners (FSBO’s). As a FSBO consultant, he utilizes his FSBO marketing website and program www.HomesByLender.com/EastKing to assist FSBO sellers with the sale of their home. This unique system gives sellers the tools they need to sell their home efficiently on their own, for FREE! With his knowledge of the industry and marketing experience, he has perfected a system for marketing and advertising the homes to give FSBO sellers the added exposure they need to sell their home. Kyle also specializes in working with clients who are in lease-to-own (lease option) properties. He works with his clients during their lease term to build their credit and prepare them to purchase the home on time.
